INDEMNITY & DISCLAIMER CLAUSE

The Generative AI Governance Assessment Platform ("the Platform") is provided by Kaduna State in partnership with the Data Science Network (DSN) strictly as a self-assessment and informational tool.

The Platform relies entirely on user-supplied information. The Ministry, DSN, and their affiliates do not independently verify, audit, validate, or certify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any data inputted by users. Consequently, all assessment results, scores, analyses, and outputs generated by the Platform are indicative only and should not be construed as factual, authoritative, or conclusive representations of an organisation's, product's, or system's generative AI governance maturity or compliance status.

No output, scorecard, or result generated by the Platform constitutes an official evaluation, endorsement, approval, accreditation, certification, or regulatory clearance by the Kaduna State Government, the Ministry, DSN, or any public authority.

Users are expressly prohibited from using, presenting, advertising, or representing any Platform output as evidence that a software product, system, service, or organisation has been formally assessed, approved, validated, or certified by the Kaduna State Government, the Ministry, or DSN.
